Grape fiber is a natural co-product made from the grape pomace generated from juice pressing operations. Grape fiber as an all-natural ingredient and is a high-quality source of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. Grape fiber has many applications as an ingredient in the human and animal food markets. Our customers use grape fiber for the following applications:
• Additional fiber content in prepared food products
• A substitute for modified food starches
• Gluten free food production
• Increasing the amount of NATURAL ingredients in a food product
• Greening their label
• Sourcing North American ingredients
