Cranberry fiber is a natural co-product made from the cranberry pomace generated from juice pressing operations. Cranberry fiber as an all-natural ingredient is a high-quality source of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. Cranberry fiber has many applications as an ingredient in the human and animal food markets. Our customers use cranberry fiber for the following applications:
• Additional fiber content in prepared food products
• A substitute for modified food starches
• Gluten free food production
• Increasing the amount of NATURAL ingredients in a food product
• Greening their label
• Sourcing North American ingredients
